I found out today that the Polymer Clay Smooshers guild has been closed.
This was the first guild I joined on Artfire and was very happy to have found it. I learned a lot from my fellow smooshers and was inspired by their beautiful work. I'm going to miss doing my "Friday Finds" walks through the smoosher's shops. I hope to be able to stay in touch with them through their blogs and facebook pages.
I have joined other guilds and am selling on other venues and will continue doing walks through shops. It may not be every Friday, but I will try to do it as often as I can.

ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful way to end your post with that quote! It is always sad when a group closes, but I am glad that you found other venues and guilds and it is so nice of you to offer to do guest features for followers. I always look forward to your creations.
ReplyDeleteIt is sad...thanks for the features you have done prior to this with our guild members. You know what they say, "one door closes, another opens". maybe this will be a time when something better happens. (((hugs))).
